Parcels are generally shipped within five weeks of the approval and signature of the proof (BAT). The standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo, delivered without signature. If you would like delivery against signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us. Whatever the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link allowing you to track the delivery of your parcel online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postal charges. They may include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders together and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk; particular care is taken with parcels containing fragile products.
